Brooke Campbell’s paranormal romances are as much about flawed characters finding lasting love as they are about exploring what strength means. Her butch/femme world of The Warrior Series, set primarily in Virginia, is packed full of strong women; human, vampire, wolf shifters, and fae. Her debut novel The Warrior Within was a Golden Crown Literary Society Goldie finalist in 2022.

 

Brooke's English Literature degree was the result of a lifelong love of everything from Chaucer to contemporary romance. She taught English, and has dabbled in proofreading and editing work. But her passion is for reading and writing. Her next professional endeavor is to step into a local studio and narrate her novella Never Too Late.

Brooke and her wife live with their two somewhat-benevolent feline overlords. When she isn’t working her day job to feed those cats, or writing, baking is Brooke’s bliss. No matter where in the world her family lives, Brooke calls Virginia's Blue Ridge mountains home.
